Although Home and Away is still rolling the cameras, the soap's cast have isolated themselves for rehearsals during the coronavirus pandemic.
Over on Instagram today (March 20), Emily Symons, who plays Marilyn Chambers on the show, uploaded a screenshot of her along with some fellow performers during a video call.
She captioned it: "Our first ever virtual rehearsal! So happy to see my friends this morning Extra points to @lukas.radovich and @tinstapangagram for using clever Summer Bay backgrounds #homeandaway."
Meanwhile, Penny McNamee (who plays Tori Morgan in the soap) also shared a look at the cast's rehearsing strategy.
Posting a selection of video call screengrabs, she wrote: "First time for everything – rehearsals online with these legends today. Special shout out to @fro01 who took advantage and stayed in her jim-jams!
"I'm so grateful to still have a job when so many of my dear friends in the arts have lost their's. Praying for our industry that it will recover and come back with a BANG!"
Meanwhile, Neighbours has resumed filming following a short break, with "very strict protocols in place".
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
