Home and Away spoilers for Australian and UK viewers follow.

Home and Away has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming 90-minute special, and it looks like it will be a heartbreaking time.

In the clip, which can be seen above, Mackenzie Booth is overjoyed to see that she has gotten pregnant, thinking it's a "sign from the universe".

Obviously, there's the whole drama with her ex Ari Parata getting back with his ex Mia Anderson when he's the father of her unborn child, but she seems confident that she knows what to do about the whole situation.

But the dramatic trailer sees Mackenzie falling to the ground as she clutches her stomach in pain in the middle of the night while on her own, which could potentially have devastating consequences.

Australian watchers should be prepared for what could be a very emotional hour and a half on Easter Monday (April 5).

Over here in the UK things will air a little differently. The episodes will be split into three regular half hour instalments and will air a few weeks after Aus, so expect them to hit screens in May on Channel 5.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
