Home and Away spoilers follow.

Home and Away has revealed the first dramatic details of this year's UK finale.

The Aussie soap traditionally takes a break from Channel 5 for around six weeks at the end of each year, and Digital Spy can exclusively confirm that this year's break will begin in November.

A huge storyline will take centre stage in the final episode of the year for UK viewers, leaving fans on a big cliffhanger. Digital Spy readers can take an exclusive first look in the new Channel 5 promo at the top of the page.

In a new storyline due to begin on Channel 5 in the coming weeks, Tane Parata (Ethan Browne) becomes convinced that newcomer Felicity Newman is stalking him.

Tane gets suspicious when he keeps being followed and receiving flowers, after a brief fling with Felicity (Jacqui Purvis).

Although Felicity was clearly disappointed to be rejected by Tane after their short-lived fun, she's adamant that she's innocent and not responsible for any of the strange occurrences.

This results in a series of public spats between the pair, with Felicity's police officer brother Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) caught in the middle.

The story comes to a head as Summer Bay's residents gather for a special fundraising event organised by Martha Stewart (Belinda Giblin), who's trying to raise money and awareness for mental health causes.

While the locals are all set for a brilliant night, the event takes a terrible turn as a sinister smell starts emanating from the air conditioning.

It soon becomes clear that this is a planned attack, which leaves all of the Bay's most popular residents at risk.

Is Tane's real stalker about to be revealed?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
