Yahoo News Home and Away star Emily Symons celebrates 30 years with the soap
Home and Away's Marilyn Chambers has been an icon of the soap for 30 years now - yes, it's really been that long.
Well, to mark actress Emily Symons's three decades in Summer Bay, the show has posted a touching series of Instagram pictures.
"It was 30 years ago today when Marilyn arrived in Summer Bay! What’s been your favourite Marilyn moment over the years?" they captioned the post.

Fans have since been flooding in with their memories, one writing: "I remember the days when she ran her own beauticians in a room in the diner."
Another added: "When she stole the baby lol".
Marilyn has been at the centre of many storylines over the years, including two marriages, postnatal depression and cancer, and has taken some time away from Summer Bay a few times too. Her most recent return was in 2010.
