Home and Away spoilers follow for UK and Australian viewers.

Home and Away's Tori Morgan and Christian Green are set to finally walk down the aisle this month after overcoming more than their fair share of setbacks, and stars of the soap have now teased further details about the couple's upcoming "perfect" wedding.

Tori (Penny McNamee) and Christian (Ditch Davey)'s long-awaited big day was teased in a recent first-look promo by the soap's Australian network, Channel 7, and the intimate and romantic backyard ceremony certainly looks blissful.

"When Tori's wedding day finally arrives, she is in a blissful bubble of excitement, joy and happiness," actress Penny told TV Week. "She has waited a long time for this moment!"

It has certainly been a long road to married life for the couple. Their initial engagement was derailed when Christian decided to prioritise caring for a patient, Rachel Young (Marny Kennedy), who he felt that he was destined to help after she experienced a horrifying skydiving accident, rather than preparing for his wedding to Tori.

They recently rekindled their relationship and Christian proposed again, but their new set of wedding plans have also been going awry. They face even more drama in the lead-up to the wedding when Tori's brother Justin Morgan (James Stewart) refuses her request for him to walk her down the aisle.

"Justin initially says no to walking Tori down the aisle because he would be too emotional and he fears that he'd simply be a blubbering mess... and the day isn't about him," actor James said.

But when Tori is left further upset after she hears that her brother Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood) and half-sister Raffy Morrison (Olivia Deeble) aren't able to make the wedding, Justin realises that he needs to be there for Tori, and so he agrees to walk her down the aisle.

Whether there will be any further twists remains to be seen, but Penny told TV Week that the intimate wedding ceremony will be "the perfect way to celebrate Tori and Christian's love for each other".

She called the couple's ceremony "simple, but so moving and very meaningful", adding that while the cast were filming the wedding episode, "the sun was warm and you could feel the love".

Tori and Christian's wedding will air on September 27 in Australia and a few weeks later in the UK.

Fans are also waiting to find out whether Tori and Christian will really leave Summer Bay behind, after they made a plan to relocate to London together.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
