Home and Away's Brody Morgan rejects Simone Bedford on UK screens next week, vowing to put his marriage first despite betraying Ziggy Astoni.

Shock scenes airing on Channel 5 this Friday (February 22) see a besotted Simone finally make her move by kissing Brody, who briefly responds to her advances.

The aftermath of the scandalous moment sees Brody (Jackson Heywood) left full of guilt over what he's done, so he reminds Simone that he's married and this never should have happened.

Desperate to keep his distance from Simone (Emily Eskell) moving forwards, Brody asks her to finish her trial at the Salt restaurant for everyone's sake. Despite this, there's a sense that he's still not quite ready to say goodbye to her.

When Brody's curious brother Justin later asks why he's getting rid of Simone, he comes clean about what's been going on. Justin is appalled at Brody for keeping this from Ziggy, pointing out that lying to his wife isn't a good idea.

Realising that he's made a complete mess of things, Brody meets Simone to apologise and offers to give her some references for other restaurants.

Brody explains himself by telling Simone that he does have feelings for her and can't trust himself around her anymore.

Afterwards, Brody dares to hope that his marriage to Ziggy can get back to normal, but he later gets a tempting text from Simone, who wants him to call her if things ever change.

Will Brody really be able to cut all contact with Simone?
