Home and Away's Christian and Tori disagree after Lewis's arrest

·2-min read

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Home and Away's Christian Green shocks Tori Morgan on UK screens next week as he expresses sympathy for killer Lewis Hayes.

Christian (Ditch Davey) refuses to hold a grudge against Lewis, despite nearly losing his life in a terrifying showdown with the vengeful nurse.

This week's episodes on Channel 5 see Lewis (Luke Arnold) give Christian a lethal injection as revenge for not being able to save his late partner Anna.

Christian only pulls through because Tori (Penny McNamee) finds him just in time and delivers CPR after his heart stops.

The fallout sees Lewis hand himself in to the police following advice from his horrified girlfriend Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost), who encourages him to face up to his actions.

Next week, Jasmine receives news that Lewis will not need to go on trial, as he has already confessed to trying to kill Christian.

Lewis has also admitted to murdering three of Christian's patients at the hospital as part of his efforts to get his arch-nemesis fired.

When Christian and Tori discuss the disturbing update, they both seem to be on very different pages over the situation.

Tori is still traumatised by how close she came to losing Christian, so she can't feel any sympathy for Lewis.

In contrast, Christian admits that he sees Lewis as a victim in the situation too, as he clearly became mentally ill after losing Anna.

Tori is stunned that Christian can be so generous and senses a wider change in his overall outlook on life following his near-death experience. Will Tori be able to get used to the new Christian?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Friday, May 28 at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5. Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
