Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted at more trouble for Colby Thorne behind bars.

The show's latest Australian episode revealed that Colby (Tim Franklin) had been involved in another incident at the jail, just days after being brutally beaten.

Colby fought for his life last week after being attacked by other inmates at the prison, who'd discovered that he used to be a policeman.

In Wednesday's episode on Channel 7 in Australia (February 10), Colby's younger sister Bella Nixon was alarmed to hear that he could become a target again.

After some extra time to recover in the prison's infirmary, Colby was released back into the main jail among the same men who'd previously attacked him.

Bella (Courtney Miller) was worried that history would repeat itself, with the group potentially taking the opportunity to finish him off.

Later on, Bella headed off to the prison for another visit, keen to see how Colby was doing.

Colby's best friend Dean Thompson (Patrick O'Connor) reluctantly joined her for the visit, but when they arrived, they were both refused entry.

When a furious Bella demanded answers, one of the prison guards explained that Colby was in solitary confinement and wouldn't be receiving visitors that day.

He added that another incident had taken place, but refused to disclose any further details – much to Bella's frustration. What has happened to Colby?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in three weeks' time.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
