An Oxford-based homeless charity is inviting people to take on a cold-water challenge at a hotel in Bicester.

On Sunday, January 29 homeless charity Crisis will be holding a cold-water challenge at the Bicester Hotel and Spa’s open water swimming lake.

People’s registration fees will help the charity to support someone who is homeless in Oxfordshire with their everyday lives.

A spokesperson for Crisis said: “You could take part on your own or with your friends and family, meet like-minded people and have an unforgettable experience this winter.

“Further to your registration fee, you can also help by asking people to sponsor you to complete this challenge.

“There will be prizes for the top fundraiser and best fancy dress as well as free hot refreshments for participants.”
