Two homes in the new town of Waterbeach are on the market for more than £820k. This town, which is being built next to the existing village of Waterbeach, is split into two parts: the eastern section, which is expected to comprise up to 4,500 homes, and the western section, which should have 6,500 homes.

The two homes are built on the western section, on the site of the 716-acre Waterbeach Barracks. The most expensive out of the two, costing £859,950, is a four-bed house at the end of a terrace on Kendale Road, called The Gloster.

The advert on Zoopla states: "This is a family home with great features and flexible living spaces over three floors. There is room to grow, with four bedrooms, and the added bonus of a studio room complete with an ensuite and its own outdoor terrace over the garage.

There’s a separate dining room which could double as a study or den, and the spacious sitting room is upstairs along with two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Up on the second floor, both bedrooms are ensuite with fitted wardrobes."
