Homes and Vehicles Swallowed by Ground Collapse Amid Heavy Flooding in South Africa

Intense rain and flooding caused a home to collapse in Amanzimtoti, South Africa, on April 22, reports said. Several vehicles were seen among the wreckage.

A report from Times Live said an injured man inside the home was rescued before it collapsed on Monday. There were no other injuries reported.

News reports said that at least 32 people died as a result of the severe weather across KwaZulu-Natal province, the majority of them in Durban.
