Huddersfield ginnel sealed off by police - full statement
Police have have sealed off a ginnel in Huddersfield in connection to 'criminal activity'.
The alleyway, between Ashenhurst Rise and Tunnacliffe Road in Newsome, was taped off by West Yorkshire Police this morning (Thursday, November 28).
No one has been injured and officers say they are examining the scene. A resident says it was sealed off at about 7.30am.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Police have closed off a ginnel in Huddersfield as part of ongoing enquiries into a report relating to suggested criminal activity. No persons have been injured and the scene is in place for further examination."
