Huge Tarantula Turns Up In Supermarket Fruit Stall

The shocking discovery was made at an ICA store in Joenkoeping in Sweden. Customer Martina Trofast said: 'When I was walking towards the fruit counter... I realised there was a monstrous spider walking among the apples.' It was identified as a Chilean bird spider which could be purchased in one of the local pet shops for around 100 GBP. Despite it's huge appearance the spider is not dangerous and if it did bite a human being, it would not be any more painful than a wasp sting.
