Hull KR player ratings as excellent pack take plaudits after Leigh Leopards win

Niall Evalds - 7 : Did some good stuff in back play and while Leigh shut him down well, was ready to pounce when the opportunity came up at the end.

Ryan Hall - 7 : Came up with some good yardage carries as ever and safe as houses defensively.

Tom Opacic - 7 : Had to wait a while for an opportunity but took it here. Strong performance with a try to boot.

Peta Hiku - 6 : Found Ricky Leutele difficult to handle at times but did enough to contain him.

Jack Broadbent - 6 : Wasn't as noticeable as he has been in his other performances but he did what he needed to do.

Tyrone May - 6 : Hasn't quite been at his magical best recently, but he changed the tempo of the attack well at times. Great footwork for the Evalds try.

Mikey Lewis - 6 : Always scheming and looking for openings but couldn't conjure up any of his tricks against a tough Leigh defence.

Sauaso Sue - 8 : Produced a superb first stint and was Rovers' best player while on in the first half.

Jez Litten - 8 : Well rested, he was lively from the get-go here and caused Leigh issues. But it was the try-saver on Hardaker before half-time that was the standout.

Jai Whitbread - 8 : Maybe not as impactful to the naked eye as Sue but he played huge minutes in a brutal encounter and regularly came out on top.

James Batchelor - 8 : Probably the try-saver of the season with that effort on Moylan. It epitomised his entire performance. Defensively outstanding.

Dean Hadley - 7 : Played a longer stint in the middle on this occasion and was typically solid as a rock.

Elliot Minchella - 8 : 80-minute performance out of the top drawer. This was a proper captain's knock. Deserves an England call-up.

Matt Parcell - 7 : Really made the most of his minutes on the field and was lively throughout.

Sam Luckley - 6 : Spilled a ball in a good area but was largely strong.

George King - 6 : Some good carries but only played a small stint so hard to score him

Kelepi Tanginoa - 7 : Didn't have the best of starts, knocking on after a penalty, but was very good after that and was a real handful.
