Hungary PM says new sanction proposal 'not good'

Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Monday said Hungarian concerns must addressed before he could support new EU sanctions targeting Russian oil.Orban was among European Union leaders gathering in Brussels and was adamant a deal was not in sight, saying solutions to the supply issues it would create should be found first.The divisions over whether to target Russian oil in a new series of sanctions are set to expose the limits of how far the bloc can go to help the war-torn country.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will address the 27 heads of state and government by videoconference in the evening.
