Hurricane Debby Sparks Flooding in Florida Apartment Building Parking Lot

Hurricane Debby triggered flash flooding in parts of Clearwater, on Florida’s Gulf Coast, on Sunday, August 4.

This footage, released by the Clearwater Police Department, shows a flooded parking lot at an apartment complex.

According to the National Hurricane Center, Debby was upgraded from a Tropical Storm to a Category 1 Hurricane at around 11 pm on Sunday night.
