Hurricane Nicholas Causes Power Outage in Lake Jackson As it Approaches Texas

A power outage hit Lake Jackson, Texas, as Hurricane Nicholas approached the Texas Gulf Coast on September 13.

CenterPoint Energy said there were widespread power outages in the Houston area due to the incoming storm.
