Hypnotic ASMR footage of factory machines shaping orthodontic wire

This oddly satisfying video shows how machines make complex wire forms that are used in orthodontics at a factory in China. The hypnotic clip shows a multi-armed machine twisting and bending a piece of wire into an intricate shape before snapping it off. The metal is unwound from a spool behind the machine before being stretched taut across several gears and cut into different configurations. Fenny, a staff member of the Winner Springs Factory in Guangdong province, said the same equipment can also work the metal to create garden staples, fishing hooks, and even paper clips.
