Well, you can take the boys out of the jungle but it looks like you can't quite make them get along, as I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! stars Iain Lee and Amir Khan have just proven.

Fresh off the back of I'm a Celeb's National Television Award win for Best Challenge Show tonight (January 23), the jungle class of 2017 all found themselves backstage, where Iain and Amir soon clashed quite awkwardly over all those bullying claims.

"I'd never seen the show before till I got in there and I experienced it for my own self, but what a great experience it was," Amir told Digital Spy and other media backstage after the show's win.

"I made 12... 11 new friends, we all got along really well."

Of course, anyone who actually watched the series will tell you it wasn't quite as smooth sailing as all that, so when Amir summed up the experience as having "no drama", you can bet that Iain wouldn't let that one lie.

"Were you in the f**king jungle with us?" he scoffed. "Plenty of drama, ya prick!"

Eesh. Awkward.

Iain has spoken before about how he was left a little "disappointed" by Amir Khan's comments about him on I'm a Celebrity, and the pair later had another awkward reunion on Good Morning Britain earlier this month when Piers Morgan tried to play peacekeeper.

Maybe it's best if we just stop putting these two in a room (or a camp) together from now on.

At least it's been a good night for I'm a Celeb hosts Ant and Dec.

Despite getting stuck in traffic on the way to the ceremony, the pair managed to make it to the show just in time to pick up the award for Best Challenge Show with the rest of the team, and later picked up the first ever Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award for Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway too.

We've got a live blog detailing all the fashion, emotion and fun from the night, and a list of all the winners that will be updated as soon as they are announced.

The National Television Awards are airing live on ITV.
