IDLES UK tour 2019: How to get tickets for the punk rockers’ biggest shows yet

IDLES have announced their biggest UK shows yet, including a date at Alexandra Palace.

The group will perform four gigs across England and Scotland in early December, culminating with a night in north London.

This year has been a big one for the Bristol band, as they were nominated in the British Breakthrough category at February's Brit awards, along with the likes of Jorja Smith and Tom Walker.

They're set to toast a successful 12 months with back-to-back gigs in Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds in the first week of December, before they trip down to London on December 7.

Tickets for the shows can be purchased from 9.30am on June 28. They will be available here.

IDLES made their breakthrough with debut album Brutalism in 2017, before releasing Joy as an Act of Resistance in 2018. Speaking on its release, the band told the Standard they hoped their frankness on the album would prove "a way of allowing other people to feel safe and be vulnerable themselves".
