I’m A Celebrity 2015: Could James Arthur Enter The Jungle?

With rumours about who’ll be on Strictly Come Dancing all done and dusted, it’s time to move onto another batch of reality TV show hearsay, courtesy of I’m A Celebrity.

Jeez, these rumours come out quicker than vol-au-vents at a swanky soirée, don’t they?

Despite the 2015 series of Jungle Run I’m A Celebrity not starting until November, there’s already approximately 101 rumours about who’ll be hanging up their sparkly gowns and tuxes for cargo shorts and the constant feeling that there’s a bug on their face.

HAVE FUN, EVERYONE.

According to The Mirror today, X Factor 2012′s winner James Arthur is ‘set’ to join the line-up later this year.

YES PLEASE. We reckon he’d be ruddy brilliant in that jungle.

However, they also report that his rep has denied the claims, keeping us well and truly guessing about who’ll be heading to the outback.

There’s already been a whole mix of names added to the I’m A Celebrity pot ahead of the new series, with Made in Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, Paul Gascoigne, and Leslie Ash all in there.

Some reports have even claimed TOWIE’s Gemma Collins, who quit last year after just three days, could make a shock return to Australia.

A source told The Sun: “Although Gemma’s last stint in the jungle was a disaster, she made great TV.

“Bosses are fascinated to see if she can overcome her fears and stay for the duration.

“Talks are at an advanced stage but Gemma is up for it and is desperate to prove she can stick it out.”

Meanwhile, Anne Robinson has apparently been offered £500,000 to take part, while EastEnders actor Jake Wood has admitted he’d be up for giving the show a go.

When asked by Radio Times Magazine if he’d ever take part, Jake said: “Yeah, I do really like that show.

“And everyone I’ve spoken to who’s done it has said they really enjoyed it. I’m not squeamish, so eating strange stuff wouldn’t bother me.”

Bring on November.
