I’m A Celebrity 2015: Duncan Bannatyne Denies Rumours That He’s Heading To The Jungle

The rumours surrounding who’s taking part in I’m A Celebrity 2015 are flooding in faster than one of Usain Bolt’s sprints, with Duncan Bannatyne’s name now being added to the mix.

Despite already turning down offers, Anne Robinson is still heavily rumoured to be entering the Australia jungle too, with bosses reportedly ready to offer her a record-breaking fee to get her involved.

Duncan first though, with The Sun claiming he’ll be heading to camp with his new girlfriend Nigora Whitehorn and his kids on side for support.

A source told the paper: “Duncan is really excited about I’m a Celebrity and sees it as a new challenge after Dragons’ Den.

“He and Nigora are madly in love and he cannot wait for her and some of his children to join him out in Australia.”

However, taking to Twitter to respond to one user who sent him the rumours, Duncan seemingly insisted that he’s out.

Replying to the user’s original tweet, which read: “The Sun are claiming that @DuncanBannatyne is heading into the #ImACeleb jungle!”, Duncan wrote: “Are they now? They have not asked me.”

Oh. We were quite looking forward to see how the Dragon got on in the jungle, actually.

There’s then the reports that I’m A Celeb bigwigs are willing to break the bank to get Anne flown out to Australia.

The legendary Weakest Link presenter previously said: “I think the last offer from I’m A Celebrity was for about half a million.”

With Anne allegedly turning that offer down, bosses are now apparently willing to offer a staggering £750K to tempt her into eating bugs and setting up camp alongside the cockroaches.

SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS. The highest amount EVER offered to a potential I’m A Celeb contestant, higher than the amount given to Martina Navratilova (who received £500K).

750x more than the amount we have in our coat pocket.

A LOT OF MONEY.

Whether Anne will accept the offer or not is yet to be seen, so we’ll just have to watch this space for now.

There’s a long list of other celebrities rumoured to be signing up, with Vicky Pattison, Steph Davies, Lesley Ash, Rustie Lee and Spencer Matthews all potentially taking part.
