Take a leaf out of the lives of the I'm a Celebrity stars. On leaving the jungle behind, the celebrities have revealed some of the life lessons they learned from starring on the ITV jungle show.

Famously the celebrities have to give up their life of luxury to live a more simple life in the jungle, sometimes only eating rice and beans, as well as taking on some of the grisly bushtucker trials.

Tulisa Contostavlos, Dean McCullough and Jane Moore are the first three to leave I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here and they have shared their new-found jungle wisdom.

Tulisa, third out of I'm a Celebrity, has vowed to be more grateful for everything in the outside world after living out her jungle experience.

The N-Dubz singer said she has come out 100% a different person but she said she learned to always "stay strong with my convictions".

On reflection, Contostavlos said she will be more grateful for everything from the food she eats to the people surrounding her.

"It's just a whirlwind. It doesn't feel real," she told Ant and Dec after leaving. "I just think I'll be so much more grateful for everything. It makes you appreciative. You don't realise how good you've got it. It can be testing in here because you can feel like different versions of yourself."

One of her toughest moments in the jungle saw her eat two spiders in a bushtucker trial. She also told Ant and Dec: "It is tough in there so leaving is still a happy thing, I'm not gonna lie."

Having learned a lot, the ambitious radio DJ has pledged to live more in the present, rather than chasing the next big thing whether that be a meeting or a gig.

He said: "I've learned that life is better when it's simpler. You really, really don't need to be on your phone all the time. You don't need to be chasing the next appointment, the next meeting, the next gig, you can sit in the moment and watch what is going on around you."

Later he joked about the first person he was going to call was his publicist in an Instagram video for I'm a Celebrity.

Meanwhile, Jane Moore said as soon as she found out she was first out: "Hard work is not rewarded."

In the first week she had to work doubly hard when McCullough — who later said he hated doing the camp chores — was her partner but was out on trials, leaving her to carry the firewood and attend to other jungle duties on her own.

The Loose Women star said she would like either Coleen Rooney or Melvin Odoom to win because they are "hard grafters" like her.

She told the daytime show she works for: "Entertainers are great but without the hard grafters they would die of thirst and starvation."

Ant and Dec had joked about Moore's "hard work is not rewarded" quip, saying if hard work was rewarded they wouldn't be still on the show all these years later.
