Mike Tindall left I'm A Celebrity fans feeling a little squeamish after detailing wife Zara Phillips' brutal childbirth with son, Lucas.
The dad-of-three and rugby Royal got involved in a discussion with the camp after Boy George compared waxing to being "worse than childbirth".

But as Phillips was writhing in agony, Tindall admitted he ended up bearing some of the brunt of it as well, declaring that while it was a fast birth, it was a pretty dramatic one.
"She almost choked me to death," he laughed. "You can’t say anything can you? ‘Can you let go, you’re really hurting me?!’”
The married couple have three children together – Mia Grace, 8, Lena Elizabeth, 4, and now one-year-old Lucas.
