This prompted him to reveal his support for the women of the group, but noted the birth of his third child, Lucas, left him a little breathless thanks to his wife, who is the daughter of Anne, Princess Royal, and niece of King Charles III.
"Lucas, the third one, was rapid," Tindall told the group. "As we got our stuff to go to hospital, she got out of the bath, she could barely stand, she was shaking.
"The midwife was like, ‘She’s not making the hospital.’ She was like, ‘You don’t want to be delivering in the car.’"
He added they eventually had to improvise using yoga mats from their home gym in order for her to give birth.
But as Phillips was writhing in agony, Tindall admitted he ended up bearing some of the brunt of it as well, declaring that while it was a fast birth, it was a pretty dramatic one.
"She almost choked me to death," he laughed. "You can’t say anything can you? ‘Can you let go, you’re really hurting me?!’”
The married couple have three children together – Mia Grace, 8, Lena Elizabeth, 4, and now one-year-old Lucas.
The comments shocked viewers, with one asking: "Is Mike Tindall allowed to speak about how a member of the British Royal Family gave birth like this?"
While one expectant viewer added: "When they’re talking about birth on #ImACeleb and you’re sat here 3 days overdue" alongside a GIF of someone screaming.
