I’m A Celebrity: Susannah Constantine ‘Signs Up’ While Yvette Fielding Accidentally Confirms Her Appearance

I’m A Celebrity is now less than a week away from starting and even more names are still being added to the rumoured line-up, with some celebs confirming themselves that yes, they are heading off to indulge in the fancy jungle cuisine and embrace jungle living.

The latest name to be rumoured for jungle life is Susannah Constantine, who presented ‘What Not To Wear’ with Trinny Woodall for five years on the BBC.

The Sun reports that after years of trying to tempt her with a trail of witchetty grubs and yellow stars (sort of), they’ve finally convinced her to take part with a pay packet of £200,000.

A jungle insider spilled: “We have been after her for years, so this is a major coup. Susannah hasn’t done much telly recently but hopes being on the show will kick start her career again.

“She’s a woman who knows her own mind and is not afraid to speak out when she thinks something is wrong. We expect her to clash with the campers and definitely ruffle feathers.

“Fans will have a lot of fun seeing her stripped of her usual clothes and slum it in the jungle for the next few weeks.”

Meanwhile, Yvette Fielding accidentally confirmed her appearance on Twitter, writing: “So sorry to those that have booked Most Haunted nights. Will be back from OZ very soon for some ghostly experiences Mwa ha ha X #imaceleb #itvceleb.”

However, she quickly deleted the post.

Karl Pilkington is also a favourite to join the line-up, while Jorgie Porter has confirmed that she’s off to make friends with the jungle critters after landing in Australia.

The actress, who could be Stephanie Davis’s replacement, told Digital Spy: “This has all been very quick. I didn’t know I was going to do the show until two days ago! I haven’t been preparing my jungle body, I’ve been busy eating burgers.

“Why did I sign up for the jungle? I like challenges. I like doing the unexpected. I try not to do what everyone else is doing… I’m really excited, but I’m scared of spiders.”

Ex-England footballer Kieron Dyer has also arrived in Oz, although The Mirror claims he joked he was ‘just there to play football for Brisbane’, despite being met by a chaperone for the show.

A source told The Sun: “They’ve scored a great signing with Kieron and bosses were keen to get him in after having Jimmy Bullard.

“Sports stars do notoriously well on the show as they bring with them huge amounts of supporters. As an ex-England player he’ll bring a huge audience.”

I’m A Celebrity returns to ITV this Sunday, November 15th.
