I'm A Celebrity 2024 line-up as two stars 'missing' from ITV show's new series
There are now just hours to go until the start of the new series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here and 10 stars have entered the jungle as two others, heavily linked with the show, remain 'missing in action.'
Over the last few months, the rumour mill has linked a whole host of stars with a stint in the jungle, including the likes of Phillip Schofield, Coronation Street legend Helen Worth and ex Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice. Other famous faces said to be 'in talks' for the new series of I'm A Celebrity range from ex Sunderland manager Mick McCarthy to Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock.
And, while none of those five are actually going Down Under, nearly all of the big names from the 'leaked' line-up which appeared online earlier this month are now all set take part in the show, having either been seen landing in Australia over the last few days or getting ready to board long haul flights from the UK.

Here, we take a look at the celebs who have now been confirmed for I'm A Celebrity this year and the two 'missing in action' after being tipped to join them. The new series will get going on ITV on Sunday, November 17, with a bumper 105 minute launch episode to kick things off as millions are expected to tune in.
I'm A Celebrity 2024 confirmed line-up
Danny Jones
The first star to step off the plane in Oz was McFly's Danny Jones. Rumoured to be a last minute 'replacement' for Tommy Fury, Masked Singer winner Danny was seen in arrivals over the weekend, with him bumping into I'm A Celebrity spin-off show hosts Joel Dommett and Sam Thompson at Brisbane airport.
The singer, most recently seen as a coach on the new series of The Voice UK, is the clear favourite to win the new series already, with him significantly ahead of his rivals in the early odds.
Alan Halsall
The second celeb to be spotted in Australia last weekend was Alan, famous to millions of viewers for playing Tyrone Dobbs in Coronation Street.
Alan has been linked with I'm A Celebrity on numerous occasions, being ruled out previously due to injury. And just last week, it was claimed by insiders that he may need to 'take it easy' in the jungle after another setback.
Tulisa Contostavlos
Having returned to the limelight to appear on a number of podcasts over the last few weeks, N Dubz singer and former X Factor judge Tulisa kept a low profile when she landed in Australia on Sunday.
Wearing a mask over her face, Tulisa was heard asking: "Any McDonald’s round here Can’t go wrong with a Big Mac can ya?"
Dean McCullough
BBC Radio 1 presenter Dean is one of the youngest stars on this year's line-up and was looking very bright and fresh after hs longhaul; flight from Australia.
Tipping him to do I'm a Celebrity, an insider said: "Dean isn’t known for being a shrinking violet and is sure to be outspoken — plus he’s one of the youngest men lined up for the show so far.”
GK Barry
The social media star, host of hit podcast Saving Grace and a newcomer to the Loose Women panel, GK, real name Grace Keeling, is being tipped to do rather well in the jungle.
While Danny is the early favourite to win, GK is currently second in the odds. Landing in Brisbane she said she'd had the 'flight from hell' and had a bottle of wine to get through it.
Barry McGuigan
Like GK, boxing legend Barry, 63, also touched down in Australia on Moday and told waiting journalists he'd had an awful flight, before, staying coy on his reason for being Down Under, added: "“I’m out here to sign the next best Australian fighters. I’ll go searching for him and there might be some trials along the way.""
Coleen Rooney
Coleen is rumoured to be receiving £1.5m for her stint on I'm A Celebrity, with bosses thought to be hoping she'll spill the beans on her feud with fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy and life with famous footballing other half Wayne.
She was seen checking in for a long haul flight at Manchester Airport on Monday morning.
Oti Mabuse
She recently made a return to her old stomping ground of Strictly Come Dancing, but it's in the jungle that Oti is set to make her next TV appearance.
'Confirming' the now Dancing on Ice judge for the new series, a source said: "Oti is a brilliant name for I’m A Celebrity, she’s hugely popular and well liked by the ITV audience so bosses are over the moon she could be a campmate this year. She’s very much seen as being part of the ITV family of stars and is always guaranteed to be great fun.'
Jane Moore
While confessing that she thought her age would 'get in the way' of her doing I'm A Celebrity, the 62-year-old journalist and Loose Women panellist had been backed to end up on the show this year.
An insider commented: "Jane is famed for her strong opinions and fearless takes, so bosses will be hoping she creates fireworks in camp. They are also hoping she spills the beans on her divorce from celeb mega agent Garry Farrow and what it's like to be single again in her 60s."
Sadly for Jane, she goes into the new series as the big favourite to be voted out first.
Melvin Odoom
Ex Strictly contestant and radio host Melvin is believed to have been touted for I'm A Celeb in 2021 but 'turned it down.'
He is currently a presenter on Radio 1.
And there are two stars heavily linked to I'm A Celebrity 2024 not on the confirmed line-up:
Rev. Richard Coles
As well as being on Strictly in 2017, Richard was also a member of highly successful 80s act The Communards and talking him up for a stint in the jungle, an insider said: "As always, the jungle bosses have cleverly put together a sensational line-up guaranteed to make for compulsive viewing. Rev Coles will have a variety of tales to tell from his wild days as a pop star in the Eighties, through to performing on Strictly and his later life as a man of the cloth."
Maura Higgins
Before rumours of Danny Jones signing up surfaced, sources claimed that I'm A Celeb bosses were headhunting Maura to replace her former Love Island co-star Tommy.
An insider told The Sun: "With Tommy Fury pulling out it gave show bosses the opportunity to look at other Love Island stars and Maura stood out as the perfect candidate.
'She'll bringing a bit of glamour to the jungle and make a brilliant campmate because she's got a great sense of humour and is bound to get on with everyone."
