The pair confirmed their exits earlier this year, and have now been replaced by last year's runner-up Emily Atack and 2016 contestant and former Emmerdale star Adam Thomas.
They'll both front proceedings alongside regular Joel Dommett, who has been a part of the show since 2017.
"I'm thrilled that I get to make more amazing memories in a place that means so much to me," Emily said.
"I've loved working with Joel on Singletown, we're like brother and sister, and Adam has got such amazing energy. The three of us are going to have the best time ever!"
Adam added: "I can't believe that I'm heading back to the Jungle, this is something I never saw coming my way!
"I'm so excited to be reunited with my campmate Joel and to also work alongside Emily. We're going to have so much fun... just keep me away from those spiders!"
Emily had been heavily tipped for a presenting job on Extra Camp ever since Scarlett and Joe announced their departures, the actress herself recently saying that new show Singletown with Joel was a "test" for it.
"I'm so flattered about the Extra Camp rumours that anyone would think I'm half decent enough to fill those shoes," she said last month.
"I love hosting and I've enjoyed a lot of it since leaving the jungle. Essentially, me hosting Singletown, it's a test to see if I could do it."
Well, it certainly seems to have paid off.
I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! returns to ITV later this year, with I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp airing on ITV2.
