I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! has aired the first elimination of the 2024 series.

Tonight's (November 29) episode saw the celebrities sharing a final night together as a full camp, with each of them reflecting on their jungle experience.

"I think what I've experienced in this time with you has been heavenly," Reverend Richard Coles told the campmates. "Without a doubt, you're all my family now," added Maura Higgins.

Later, hosts Ant and Dec entered the camp to share the results of the public vote. With Dean McCullough and Jane Moore both at risk, it was revealed that Loose Women's Jane had received the fewest votes and would be the first celebrity to leave the jungle.

Following her elimination, Jane called her time on the show "a weird and magical experience".

"I mean, people always say 'it's the best experience of your life'. I wouldn't put it that way, with the rain. I've never been so soaked in all my life," she told Ant and Dec. "But all of those guys in there are absolutely wonderful people. I have loved getting to know them all."

Speaking about her exit, Jane said: "Hard work doesn't pay off. I'm first out. People don't notice hard work." Jane added that she would like Melvin Odoom or Coleen Rooney, who she called "the quiet hard workers", to win the show.

Elsewhere in the episode, Oti Mabuse and Melvin took on their first Bushtucker Trial, after Melvin volunteered to swap places with Barry McGuigan.

The duo faced the Tanks of Torture, which encased them inside a giant tank for the duration of the Trial. Melvin had to pass the stars along the twisted wire to Oti, who continued to move them across and into a star bag.

The body tanks of water were quickly filled with mud crabs, eels, crocodiles and water dragons, while the head bubbles were infested with spiders and snakes.

With only 12 minutes on the clock, Oti and Melvin fought to complete the challenge, successfully securing all 12 stars for camp. "You can now call yourselves the new king and queen of the Bushtucker Trial!" Ant declared.

I'm a Celebrity… airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
