I'm a Celebrity star calls early exit "greatest regret" of their life
I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here: Coming Out spoilers follow.
Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears have opened up about having to leave I'm a Celebrity early.
Both campmates were forced to withdraw on medical grounds, with restaurant critic and presenter Grace crediting the show with pushing her out of her comfort zone before she had to leave.
Fans will be shown never-before-seen footage of both of their departures in this week's I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here: Coming Out special, including a moment where Grace got quite emotional about the impact of the show.

"Leaving my campmates and the girls will be the greatest regret of my life," Grace said.
She also reflected on the lessons she'll take away from the jungle, saying: "Take risks, say yes, and the things that you think you can’t do, you can."
In a segment on Jamie Lynn's early exit, she admits that the "first few days in camp were tough" but that she was carried through by her fellow campers.
"These wonderful humans just scooped me up and brought out a side of me that I just didn’t think that I had," the actress recalled.

"I think I wanna move to the UK, I'd like them to adopt me… I’ve literally made life-long friends," she said.
The 2023 series of I'm a Celebrity wrapped up this past Sunday (December 10) when Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson was voted King of the Jungle, after making the final with boxer Tony Bellew and politician Nigel Farage.
I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here: Coming Out airs on Wednesday (December 13) at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
