I'm A Celeb's GK Barry faced with 'difficult decision' as campmate has 'never been this unhappy'
I'm A Celebrity's GK Barry faced a difficult decision in the jungle on Friday, November 29 while another campmate admitted that they had "never been this unhappy".
All the contestants in the jungle have been separated into groups and each given a cash card to spend on essentials. However, it was revealed in Friday's show that the situation was changing.
Instead, at the end of the day they would be able to spend all of their money on a range of treats to share in their teams, with one last challenge to go to add money to their remaining balances. Coleen Rooney and Radio 1 host Melvin Odoom fronted team pink, with Tulisa Contostavlos and Barry McGuigan taking part for team blue, with Oti Mabuse and GK for team orange.

All the pairs took part in the Piggy Bank challenge which consisted of three rounds to win piggy banks for their teams, each worth $250. At the start of the round a token would drop above the mesh around each team’s heads, with them having to move it to the exit and place it in the holder in front.
Starting out with four piggy banks each, whichever team completed the task in the fastest time would win the round. However, the two losing teams would have one piggy bank dropped to the floor per round. At the end of the three rounds, the team’s remaining piggy banks would be added to their team amount.
The blue team won the first round but victory went to the oranges in rounds two and three. The pink team lost all three rounds so their total was left at $620. Orange only lost one round so kept three out of four of their piggy banks (an additional $750), taking their total to $1390 to add to their prize pot, however with blue starting with the highest value still came out on top overall, adding $500 to their prize pot, with a total of $1490 to spend on treats.
It wasn't over though as the team who came first overall in the challenge got first pick on the treat selection, with the team in second place getting second choice, and the team in third place having a choice of what was left. Tulisa and Barry from team blue were granted first choice at a treat wall with options at $500, some at $300 and others at $100.
They chose four slices of chocolate cake, four crumpets with butter and jam, four double chocolate biscuits and three sports results of their choosing for Barry.
Next up were Oti and GK with the difficult decision of what to choose knowing there was so few options as they ultimately chose four sets of fresh clothes (socks included), four glasses of blackcurrant squash, three sachets of salt and pepper, four plain biscuits and one bowl of popcorn for their team.
However, back at camp, Love Island's Maura Higgins was unimpressed there was no chocolate left for her team. She looked on at the others with envy as she said: "I didn’t even get cake for my birthday. They’ve got double chocolate cake and double chocolate biscuit, I’ve never felt this unhappy in my life.”
