'I'm a nutritionist - here's what I eat in a day including one healthy soup'
If you're looking to eat healthier in 2025 then following the lead of a nutritionist is likely to be one of the best methods of achieving success.
Step forward Emily English, who has revealed on TikTok what she eats in day to maintain her toned figure.
After showcasing her abs in the mirror of her gym as a source of inspiration to others, she moved swiftly on in her video to share what she enjoys in a typical breakfast. "For breakfast I've tried homemade protein bagels - you just use wholemeal flower, Greek yoghurt and I top them with poppy and sesame seeds," she said.

Emily added that she "shapes and bakes" the bagels, using an air fryer to cook for around 30 minutes until golden. "I then re-toasted my bagels, topped with cream cheese, salmon, red onion and dill, adding a little bit of lemon juice," she said. "These were so good - I can't believe how well they turned out - I'll definitely be making them again."
Moving on to lunch, Emily likes to opt for a soup - incorporating her "secret ingredient". She continued: "For lunch I made a soup that's been going a little bit viral on social media."
She sliced several tomatoes and red peppers in half and placed them in a baking dish ready for roasting - as part of a recipe for roasted tomato red pepper protein soup. Adding vegetable stock and a dollop of that aforementioned ingredient - cottage cheese - Emily blended it together and enthused: "Trust me guys, it really works - it makes this soup so rich and creamy and kind of tastes a bit like Heinz."
Completing the dish, Emily topped the soup with honey Parmesan sourdough croutons before moving on to her evening meal. "For dinner I made some egg fried rice - I've got into it lately as its so quick and perfectly balanced and I can load it with all the veggies I have in my fridge," she explained.
Emily closed: "This one I loaded with all the festive greens - brussels and peas, king prawns and smoked pancetta and that was me well fed and ready for bed." Her routine drew the attention of scores of TikTok users, one of whom responded: "Wow those bagels look delicious."
Another quipped: "New Year’s resolution is to have a full day of my life cooked by you!" A third person confessed: "I really want to try the cottage cheese and tomato soup as I find it hard to get the protein in." Meanwhile, a fourth praised: "Everything you make looks like stuff I would pay for - you should open a café."
