Important: McDonald’s has a gold card which entitles you to unlimited free food forever

Nandos has a black card for its VIP guests but McDonald’s has an extremely limited GOLD card which guarantees the owner unlimited free burgers for life.

You read that right – free Big Macs, double cheeseburgers, fries – whatever you like.

This of course changes everything, and means those late night MCD trips after a night clubbing will be even more compulsory as you won’t have to draw out your last tenner to feast.

However, there is one teeny, tiny drawback – getting hold of one is virtually impossible.

While Nandos seem to give out their black card to any old celebrity who visits, being famous or well connected won’t get you a MCD gold card just like that.

You won’t find former JLS stars with one of these bad boys – the kind of people who have them are billionaires like Bill Gates.

Actor Rob Lowe also has one, although he got his because (random fact alert) his friend’s dad invented the Egg McMuffin.

Still, you’ll have to be incredibly rich or well connected to get one – or you can earn one like Charles Ramsay, who was awarded his in 2013 when he stopped eating a Big Mac to rescue three kidnapped women.

Oh and if you live in Britain, you’re even more out of luck as a McDonald’s spokesman told The Mirror that the gold card doesn’t even exist here – although individual branches can award loyal customers with various freebies.

The burger chain said: “There is no policy in the UK of giving away food to people and no plans to introduce it.”

Looks like you’d better start that plan to become a billionaire businessperson and move to America sooner rather than later.
