A new interactive map shows all the pubs, bars and clubs open across London after 2 am.
Less venues seem to be open in the early hours, many struggling to still recover from the Covid pandemic, while staying out will often mean forking out more on expensive drinks and entry fees. This being said, a handy interactive map from The Times shows exactly where you can find these venues that are still open late.

Unsurprisingly you’ll find most of these places are centred around Soho. The West End generally is still full of venues open past 2am, even if more and more bars are closing at an alarming rate.
Shoreditch is the next best part of London in this category, particularly boasting venues which remain open past 4am. Clapham High Street - home to Infernos, Cafe Sol and Two Brewers - is another area which boasts a good nighttime economy.
Clapham is one of the most sought after places for young professionals moving to London, while it also sits on the Northern line which operates a Night Tube on weekends.
A Times investigation into Google Maps data actually found London has the worst nightlife out of every major city in the UK. A shocking 5.9% of venues in the city are open past 2am on a Saturday night - putting it last out of 12 cities across England, Scotland and Wales.

Manchester on the other hand appears to be thriving. Some 15.8 per cent of bars are open past 2am on Saturday in the northern city, followed by Newcastle where this figure is 12.6 per cent.
For venues open past midnight Edinburgh leads the way with 44.5 per cent still open. London ranks in 10th out of 12 in this category, with a proportion of 23.8 per cent putting it just in front of Leeds and Sheffield.
