A new Indian restaurant launches this week in Edinburgh's Bruntsfield, boasting a mouth-watering Indian-style brunch menu prepared by Michelin-trained chefs.

Singh Street opens its doors on Thursday at 88 Bruntsfield Place, where brunch is served from 10am with classic Indian dining in the evening.

Bruntsfield has a strong brunch tradition, with mainstays like Montpeliers and Honeycomb satisfying locals with superior teas and scones.

Graham says that Singh Street incorporates Punjabi voices to reinvent the cuisine and push boundaries. At the same time, they want to become a place in Edinburgh where people can connect with Bruntsfield’s brunch tradition.
