Infant and Two Adults Rescued From House as Heavy Rain Floods Southern Spain

Firefighters rescued a six-month-old infant and two adults from their home in Ronda, a mountaintop city in Spain’s southern Malaga province, as heavy rain and storms brought severe flooding to the area, officials said.

This footage, posted to Facebook on November 5, shows firefighters in action as fast-moving water roars down a steep street.

The local fire department said the three people became trapped in their home after the Guadalevín River burst its banks.

Firefighters had to enter through a neighboring home to reach the family, the department said.
