Darts sensation Luke Littler has upgraded his living situation, moving into a lavish five-bedroom mansion in his native Warrington. The 17 year old, who shot to fame after reaching the final of the 2024 World Darts Championship, is shelling out £6,000 per month for the property, described by estate agents as a 'wonderful family home'.

The residence is situated on a street locally known as 'Millionaire's Road', fitting given Littler's earnings from his darts career are reported to be close to £600,000. His recent success at the World Darts Championship saw him pocket £200,000 in prize money, with an additional £275,000 coming from his first Premier League victory.

Littler and his family have traded their modest £180,000 two-bedroom semi-detached house for this impressive new home, complete with an indoor pool, expansive garden, home cinema and six bathrooms. The rent also covers the services of a gardener and pool maintenance, reports the Mirror.

The property is touted as being "finished to an uncompromising standard, with intelligent design, impressive technology, top of the range fixtures and fittings and superb leisure facilities", having been "carefully and cleverly redesigned to optimise and enhance space, creating a perfect balance of luxury finish and ease of living".

And it seems Littler will be warmly welcomed at his new local, The Cat and Lion. Deputy Manager Lauren Gilchrist told the Mirror: "He'd be more than welcome in the pub any time."

Pubgoers have been inspired by the local lad, according to the establishments spokesperson, who said: "We get a lot of young people coming in now wanting to play darts because of Luke's success and sometimes we get other professionals dart players coming in too. It'd be an interesting match to see Luke take some of them on in the pub but I think most of the punters would be scared to play against him."

The community is rallying behind the young athlete, with the spokesperson adding: "Even though we don't know him personally he only lives down the road and Warrington always comes together to support one of their own."

Meanwhile, PDC Chairman Barry Hearn predicts a lucrative future for the teenager on his show, stating: "I think it could be this year," and declares confidently: "I am pre-judging his performances, but I'd be surprised if he didn't to be honest with you. There are darts players out there already earning well over £1m - £2m per year as it is. That is where the sport has got to... for Luke and the sport, it is just the beginning."
