Instagram timeline changes will give users ‘more control’

Instagram’s head Adam Mosseri has revealed they’re testing three new options for the timeline giving users “more control”.

A “Following” feed, which is basically a chronological feed of the accounts you follow, a “Favourites” and a “Home” setting.

Mosseri said that it’s important to him that people feel good about their time spent on the app.

Researchers looking into the effects of fantasy football have found the most avid gamers had worse mental health than those who played it less.

Lead researcher, Dr Luke Wilkins from Nottingham Trent University, explains why fantasy football specifically could be affecting people’s mental health.
