The event is free and will include an instrument petting zoo, live performances, orchestra story time and music themed games open to the public.

People can come and go anytime between 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church located on 230 W Rusk St.

“We are thrilled to offer this event again geared especially for elementary and middle school age children! It is inspiring to watch children play these string instruments, often for the first time, and to spark their curiosity. I can’t think of a better way to spend your Saturday morning,” Virginia Elizondo, board president of NTS, said.
