Tropical Storm Elsa moved across the Florida Keys on July 6, bringing heavy rainfall and wind gusts.
Footage captured by a National Weather Service rooftop camera in Key West shows an “intense” rainband. The storm increased its convection as it passed by Key West on July 6, the NWS said, with sustained winds of 49 mph and gusts of 64 mph.
