'Intense' Rainfall Brings Flooding to Milan Airport

Heavy rainfall brought flooding to the Milano-Malpensa Airport in Ferno, Italy, on Thursday, September 16, leading to evacuations, according to local news reports.

Firefighters and river rescue specialists helped to evacuate people trapped in floodwaters, reports said, with rainfall and high winds causing problems for flights.
