Intrepid Denver Resident Wades Through Inches of Snow Amid Storm

A snowstorm moving through Colorado on Tuesday, October 29, left parts of the state covered in snow, according to the National Weather Service (NWS), but it didn’t seem to bother Peter “PARKER” Stevenson, a local West Highland white terrier.

This video shows the Westie hopping down the snow-covered steps of a home in Denver on October 29.

The NWS said between four and 16 inches of snow were expected in some parts of Colorado, with the most snowfall in the northern and central mountains and the Front Range foothills.

The weather service said the “moderate to heavy” snowfall was “widespread.” Areas surrounding Denver were under a Winter Storm Warning, and a Winter Weather Advisory was also issued for much of the state. The NWS also warned drivers of snowy and slippery roads. Credit: @peterparkerstevenson via Storyful
