Introducing another 5 Future 40 winners

All week, CBC Saskatchewans will be unveiling its Future 40 winners.

So far, we have introduced 15 winners.

Here are the five latest recipients:

Shana Pasapa

Shana is a 27-year-old First Nations woman originally from the White Bear First Nation. She is a hunter, traditional powwow dancer, athlete, artist and young mother of her two sons, Jaren and Romeo. Shana was ranked top female grappler in Saskatchewan for 2014. She has won nine medals and was promoted to Blue Belt in December 2014.

Nadia Williamson

After receiving a diploma in Fashion Design from Montreal’s Le Salle College, Nadia Williamson began her career as a costume designer. A member of Saskatchewan’s film board, Nadia worked on productions such as Tideland, Just Friends, Downloading Nancy, Corner Gas, Moccasin Flats, Vampire Dog and Big Muddy. Nadia is passionate about sharing her story and nurturing future business leaders. This year Nadia was named Chair of the board of the Regina Chamber of Commerce.

Cadmus Delorme

Through his work as a volunteer and committed athlete, Cadmus has a number of achievements including a First Nation Sport Award (2009). He was a member of Team Saskatchewan's Golf team (2009-2012), Vice President of the FNUC (First Nations University of Canada) Student Association, Mid-Amateur Saskatchewan Golf Champion (2011), Champion at Waskesiu Lobstick Open and Match Play Golf (2011), President of the FNUC Student Association (2011), Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient (2012), and Neechie Gear Clothing Role Model (2013).

Bill Mintram

Bill has spent the last 11 years working to improve the well-being of Saskatoon’s aboriginal community. In his current job as the Executive Director of the Saskatoon Indian & Métis Friendship Centre (SIMFC) he is following his passion and serving the needs of aboriginal people in Saskatoon and across the country. Bill has worked tirelessly for the Saskatoon community and gone above and beyond to ensure that the friendship centre is improving their services each year.

Kathryn Wild

Kathryn is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant who has found a way to transfer her talents into the field of risk management. Kathryn uses her skills to assist in leading multiple organizations. She is the president and chair of the audit committee for the YWCA, a member of the board for Habitat for Humanity and serves as the chair of both the government committee and risk management committee. Kathryn also sits as a member of the Regina Food Bank audit committee.
