Police said that no evidence of foul play was found after an explosion at a print shop in Chandler, Arizona, injured four people on August 26.

In a statement released by Chandler Police on August 31, ATF Special Agent in Charge Gabriel Pinon said that the explosion was caused by “an unintentional gas leak ignited by an independent ignition source.”
