Investigation after glamping pods damaged in Carryduff

An investigation has been launched after a number of glamping pods were damaged in Carryduff.

Police received reports that three glamping pods at Lets Go Hydro Resort on Upper Mealough Road were broken into sometime between 9.30pm on Thursday, July 4 and 9.30am on Friday, July 5.

It is understood that damage was caused to two of the Forest Dome pods and police are asking anyone with any information regarding the incident to contact them.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are investigating after glamping pods were damaged at a business on Upper Mealough Road in Carryduff overnight.

"The three Forest Domes were broken into sometime between 9.30pm on Thursday 4 July and 9.30am this morning, Friday 5 July. Damage was caused to two of the pods.

"Anyone with information regarding this crime can contact police on 101, quoting reference 354 05/07/24 or online at psni.police.uk/report."
