Iran hopes can start drafting preliminary deal with powers on Wednesday

LAUSANNE, Switzerland (Reuters) - Iranian Foreign Minister said he hoped Tehran and six world powers can start drafting a preliminary political deal on Wednesday as a March 31 deadline to reach an agreement over disputed nuclear issues passed.
