Iraqi forces captured Corniche Street in Mosul’s Old City on March 14, advancing from the southern edge of the Old City towards the Old Bridge, according to Iraqi media reports. Corniche Street is home to several former government ministry complexes.
Military sources said Iraqi Federal Police and Rapid Reaction Forces also captured the nearby Nineveh Railway Station and the Baghdad Garage.
