Irish Open tee times as Rory McIlroy paired with Tom McKibbin for first two rounds
The Amgen Irish Open gets under way on Thursday morning with a star-studded field competing at Royal County Down.
Rory McIlroy will be one of the home favourites as he bids to return to some form after a frustrating PGA Tour season.
Shane Lowry and Tom McKibbin are two other Irish golfers who will have plenty of support around the famous links course in Newcastle.

The Pro-Am takes place on Wednesday and features the likes of Jimmy Nesbitt and Johnny Sexton, and the real action gets under way on Thursday.
McIlroy will join McKibbin and Swedish amateur Vincent Norman for the opening two rounds after the tee times were confirmed on Tuesday. They will get their opening round under way at 1pm on Thursday, starting from the first hole.
Lowry will also start from the first hole. His round begins at 12.40pm alongside Robert MacIntyre and Ryan Fox.

McIlroy and McKibbin will begin their second round on Friday at the 10th hole, starting at 8am.
