Islamic state claims responsibility for two blasts in Afghan capital Kabul - statement

CAIRO (Reuters) - Islamic state claimed responsibility for two explosions that hit Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Wednesday, the militant group said in a statement posted on an affiliated Telegram account.

At least one person was killed and at least six were wounded in the two blasts, including three women, Taliban officials and residents said.
