In-form Italy will hope to book a quarter-final spot at Euro 2020 tonight when they take on Austria at Wembley in the last 16.

Roberto Mancini’s side failed to qualify for the World Cup in 2018 but have been transformed since then and won all three of their group matches, putting Turkey, Switzerland and Wales to the sword.

However, they had the advantage of playing all three of those matches in front of a home crowd at Rome’s Stadio Olimpico and this evening’s trip to London should present a different challenge.

They face an Austria side who finished runners-up behind the Netherlands in Group C, progressing after an impressive win over Ukraine in their final match.
