ITV Emmerdale 'confirms' who is blackmailing Will Taylor as they drop clue

Fans of Emmerdale have been left on the edge of their seats as an unknown blackmailer puts the heat on Will Taylor after his dalliance with Rose.

The soap's loyal followers are busy piecing together clues to uncover the identity behind the extortion, just as new twists come into play, including a distressing kidnapping drama for Kim.

During a chat on This Morning, soap specialist Sharon Marshall offered her insights into the tangled web unfolding in the village. "Moira's having visions of Emma Barton. I don't know what's going on! I can tell you that Mack and John go into the barn tonight. Ruby's still in there, Moira's in there," she divulged, adding more layers to the mystery.

Eyes are also on Will as he tries to handle the blackmailer, only for things to take a fiery turn. Sharon teased an intense development: "Also keep an eye on Will. He's supposed to give the blackmailer money but he gets caught up in this barn fire. That's going to lead to trouble. I can tell you next week, Kim gets abducted," as reported by the Mirror.

Questions swirl around Kim's sudden disappearance. Could this be another twist in her elaborate games, or is there a more ominous reason for her vanishing?

"Where is she? Or is it all some huge game? I'm thinking is it Kim doing Kim stuff?" Sharon hinted.

In the midst of it all, Dean Andrews, who plays Will, shared his character's turmoil over his actions. Reflecting on Will's one-night stand with Rose, he said: "He realises it was a stupid mistake after a few drinks. Him and Kim had a little argument, a couple of little moments of arguing, she was away. That turned into that. He knows deep down that he loves Kim and he didn't want Rose."

Discussing who might be after Will, Dean revealed: "He thought it was Caleb at one bit. He doesn't actually know."

Emmerdale's infamous Kim Tate, played by Claire King, is well-known for her revenge plots and the actress has teased more turmoil ahead. Speaking about potential future storylines, she said: "I can't wait. I have them all lined up.

"There will be a few that have wronged her in the last few storylines. There's Rose to sort out, Ruby, Will's got to have a bit of slap round the chops. There are a few. Probably Caleb is in there just for good measure. Maybe chuck a Dingle in."

She added: "It has been a nice two or three years of playing happy families. I think that's always going to be within her (a darker side) and it is going to come out at some point. I fear for Rose and I fear for Ruby. It has been lovely to [be a nicer Kim] because, for a time, it was all hard, hard, hard as well as knockbacks, putdowns, one-liners, snippings, and revenge."

The plot thickens with Rose now missing and Ruby trapped in a barn fire, leading to speculation - is Will next on Kim's hit list?
